Our consultants work directly with the brides, from helping to find their dream dress all the way up to the wedding day. We want to make sure each bride has the V.I.P BRIDAL experience and leaves here happier than when they came in. The ideal consultant is upbeat, passionate, a team player, hard working, tech savvy, personable and self-motivated. Our consultants must have sales experience, and knowledge of the bridal industry is a plus. Must be available to work weekends.
Online Digital Marketing [Part-Time]
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
Prepare emails to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
Ensure that the Juliet's message is consistent
Bridal Sales Stylist [Part-Time]

The stylist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and serves as a matchmaker, helping each bride find the dress of her dreams and confidently complete her look with lingerie, and accessories.
Store Manager [Full-Time]
The store manager manages, and is responsible for, all aspects of running a Juliet’s Bridal retail , The store manager is responsible for the overall Brand Standards, product inventory, visual merchandising, recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of all store personnel and protecting Company assets. The store manager assesses and determines to whom each of the Divisions of Responsibility will be assigned in each store to achieve the ideal combination for success. He/she is accountable for the store sales performance and that our associates are following service and selling guidelines, thereby ensuring that all of our customers have an excellent shopping experience with us.
